The teacher is the main machine with direct duties and responsibilities for translating the curriculum into learning activities and not the only source of information. Teachers are seen as a weapon of personalism, but in reality there are still many teachers who do not meet these professional qualifications. Therefore, teacher professionalism still needs to be developed professionally and is relatively different. One possibility is academic supervision. Academic leadership is about helping teachers develop skills to achieve their learning goals This academic review was conducted with the objectives of: Overseeing learning activities, helping teachers develop their professional skills in academic leadership and classroom life, developing study skills and motivating teachers to complete learning assignments, and encouraging teachers to pay serious attention to their duties and responsibilities.
