Discipline is one of the important aspects of human life, including in the lives of students at school. Discipline can help students achieve their educational goals, both in academic and non-academic fields. Teachers, as implementers of guidance and counseling services, play an important role in instilling discipline among students. Teachers can carry out various activities to instill discipline, such as delivering lessons on discipline, supervising and monitoring students' behavior, and conducting individual and group counseling. This research aims to describe the role of teachers as implementers of guidance and counseling services in instilling discipline among students at SMP Darul Ulum Sekampung, East Lampung. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The subjects of the research are teachers and students of SMP Darul Ulum Sekampung, East Lampung. The data collected is qualitative data gathered through observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis is conducted qualitatively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The research results show that the role of the class teacher as the implementer of counseling services in instilling discipline among the students of SMP Darul Ulum Sekampung, East Lampung, has been running well. Based on the research findings, several recommendations have been made, including the need to improve teachers' competencies in the field of guidance counseling, enhance cooperation between classroom teachers, guidance counselors, and parents, and improve the facilities and infrastructure supporting guidance counseling services.
