Abstract

Teachers have a very important role for the quality of education in Indonesia because teachers are one of the factors that determine the success or failure of the learning process besides the curriculum and infrastructure. Teachers have the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, and evaluating students. A teacher also needs mentoring, evaluation and development of teachers in order to develop their professionalism.
