PENGARUH MEDIA CERITA BERGAMBAR TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MEMBACA PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISlAM DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of picture story media on reading ability in first grade Islamic religious education subjects at SD Negeri 3 Rejosari, Natar District, South Lampung, academic year 2023. This type of research is quantitative research. In this study, the population of new students was 47 people and the sample was 24 people based on random selection. Data collection techniques use documentation and tests. We used this impact study because we wanted to get information on whether visual narrative media had an impact on reading ability in Islamic religious education subjects. Data were analyzed using product moment test analysis. computational analysis results r table = 0.927 > 0.404 with N 24 at the 5% significance level = 0.404 and hypothesis test results count t table = 5.13 > 1.717 so it shows that the better the storytelling media used, the better the reading ability as indicated by the positive influence of storytelling media on the ability
