MENELUSURI FIQH SIYĀSAH: KAJIAN KONSEPTUAL, HISTORIS, DINAMIKA PERKEMBANGAN, DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP TATA KELOLA PEMERINTAHAN

Fiqh siyāsah positions itself as an essential component of the Islamic intellectual tradition, which from its inception has been closely engaged with issues of power and state governance throughout the historical trajectory of Islamic civilization. This study aims to examine and understand the foundational concept of siyāsah, trace its historical development within the classical tradition, and analyze its transformative dynamics within contemporary socio-political contexts. Employing a qualitative approach based on library research, various primary and secondary sources are analyzed through descriptive, historical, and normative methods to explore how the concept of fiqh siyāsah is constructed, developed, and reconstructed in response to changing historical circumstances. The discursive analysis reveals that fiqh siyāsah possesses a dynamic and adaptive character, preventing it from being confined to rigid legal formulations, and instead allowing it to undergo continuous reinterpretation in response to shifting political and social structures across Muslim societies. This development demonstrates that Islamic political principles are not detached from modern realities, but can be contextualized within contemporary governance systems without abandoning their foundational Sharī‘ah values. Accordingly, fiqh siyāsah functions not only as an intellectual legacy of the past, but also as a living normative and ethical framework that continually responds to the complexities of modern governance, which demands justice, transparency, and public welfare.

This study examines the existence of the weekly culinary market held during Car Free Day in Taman Kota Metro, Lampung, as a manifestation of local wisdom within a rapidly modernizing urban context. The research aims to analyze how this community-based market sustains cultural values while contributing to local economic development. A qualitative descriptive methodology was employed, utilizing direct observation and in-depth interviews with culinary vendors, visitors, and local community figures. The findings reveal that the market functions not only as an economic space dominated by local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), but also as a social and cultural hub that preserves traditional culinary practices, promotes community interaction, and strengthens social cohesion. The market demonstrates adaptive capacity through innovations such as digital promotion and product modification while maintaining its traditional identity. Economically, it increases local income, creates employment opportunities, and supports circular economic practices based on local resources. In conclusion, the weekly culinary market represents a sustainable model of community-based creative economy that balances modernization and tradition. This study contributes to the scientific discourse by highlighting the role of local wisdom in fostering resilient, inclusive, and culturally grounded urban economic systems.

Playing with plasticine is an effective activity in supporting fine motor development in early childhood. This activity involves the movement of small muscles in the hands and fingers so that it can help improve eye-hand coordination, finger flexibility, and children's ability to hold and shape an object. This study aims to determine the implementation of playing with plasticine in fine motor development in early childhood and analyze its influence on children's creativity and concentration abilities. The method used is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation of early childhood learning activities. The results of the study indicate that playing with plasticine can improve children's fine motor skills, such as grasping, pressing, shaping, and coordinating hand movements well. In addition, this activity also has a positive impact on the development of children's creativity, imagination, and self-confidence. Thus, the implementation of playing with plasticine can be used as an interesting and effective learning medium in supporting the fine motor development of early childhood. In addition to being beneficial for fine motor development, playing with plasticine can also improve children's ability to solve simple problems through the process of forming various objects according to their imagination. This activity provides a fun learning experience, encourages social interaction, and helps children develop their communication and collaboration skills with peers

ANALISIS DAMPAK GADGET TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN BAHASA PADA ANAK USIA DINI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan gadget terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini di Desa Gedung Sari, Lampung Tengah. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tingginya ketergantungan anak pada perangkat digital yang berisiko menghambat interaksi sosial serta memicu keterlambatan bicara dan rendahnya kemampuan komunikasi verbal. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara mendalam. Informan meliputi empat orang tua dan empat anak sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan gadget tanpa batasan waktu menyebabkan anak mengalami kecanduan, kesulitan berbicara, dan gangguan emosional. Sebaliknya, pembatasan penggunaan gadget menghasilkan perkembangan kosa kata dan keterampilan sosial yang lebih baik. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya peran orang tua sebagai fasilitator interaksi sosial dua arah guna mendukung periode emas perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis bagi pengembangan pola asuh anak yang integratif di era digital.

PENGEMBANGAN MOTORIK KASAR ANAK USIA DINI MELALUI AKTIVITAS PERMAINAN FISIK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan motorik kasar anak usia dini melalui aktivitas permainan fisik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode observasi langsung terhadap tiga anak dengan rentang usia yang berbeda, yaitu anak usia 3 tahun (perempuan), 5 tahun (laki-laki), dan mendekati 6 tahun (perempuan). Aktivitas yang diobservasi meliputi tiga jenis permainan fisik, yaitu mengikuti lagu dan gerak "Kalau Kau Suka Hati", aktivitas memakai baju sendiri, serta kegiatan memanjat. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa setiap anak memiliki kemampuan motorik kasar yang berkembang sesuai usianya dengan pola yang berbeda-beda, namun ketiganya dapat melakukan arahan yang sama meski dengan tingkat kemandirian dan kreativitas gerak yang berbeda. Anak usia 3 tahun masih memerlukan bimbingan orang tua dalam sebagian besar aktivitas, anak usia 5 tahun menunjukkan keberanian dan kreativitas gerak yang tinggi, sementara anak menjelang 6 tahun mampu mengekspresikan gerak dengan sempurna dan mandiri. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa permainan fisik merupakan media stimulasi yang efektif dan relevan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia dini secara holistik.

ANALISIS DAMPAK FATHERLESS TERHADAP PERILAKU PROSOSIAL ANAK USIA DINI

This study aims to analyze the impact of fatherless on the prosocial behavior of early childhood. Early childhood is in a critical golden age for character formation and social-emotional development. The presence of a father plays a crucial role in helping children develop prosocial behaviors such as sharing, cooperation, caring, and empathy. However, fatherlessness caused by divorce, paternal death, patriarchal culture, or family conflict can impact a child's social development. This study used a qualitative approach using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method through a review of various journals, articles, and books from the Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and ResearchGate databases. The results showed that fatherlessness impacts children's low prosocial behavior, such as lack of empathy, difficulty cooperating, low self-confidence, and difficulties in social interactions. Therefore, paternal involvement is crucial for the social-emotional development of early childhood.

ANALISIS WACANA MUATAN NILAI-NILAI AKHLAK DALAM ISLAMIC READING TEXT PADA BUKU BASIC ENGLISH FOR ISLAMIC STUDENT UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INGGRIS

Buku teks bukanlah wacana yang netral, melainkan medium ideologis yang turut membentuk nilai dan identitas penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis muatan nilai-nilai akhlak dalam tiga Islamic reading text pada buku Basic English for Islamic Student, yaitu "The Prophet Muhammad", "Fasting", dan "The Second Pillar of Islam". Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis wacana kritis model tiga dimensi Fairclough, yang mencakup dimensi teks, praktik wacana, dan praktik sosiokultural. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi dan simak-catat, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahap deskripsi, interpretasi, dan eksplanasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga teks memuat nilai akhlak dengan tingkat eksplisitas yang berbeda: teks "The Second Pillar of Islam" merepresentasikan nilai akhlak paling eksplisit melalui intertekstualitas dengan Al-Qur'an dan hadis; teks "The Prophet Muhammad" merepresentasikan nilai akhlak secara naratif-implisit melalui keteladanan tokoh; sedangkan teks "Fasting" merepresentasikan nilai akhlak paling lemah karena didominasi wacana ilmiah-biomedis. Ditemukan pula hibriditas genre dan inkonsistensi representasi nilai akhlak antarteks. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis bagi kajian wacana kritis pada ranah ESP-Islam serta kontribusi praktis bagi pengembangan bahan ajar bahasa Inggris yang terintegrasi dengan pendidikan akhlak di perguruan tinggi keagamaan Islam.

PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN QUANTUM TEACHING TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN AKIDAH AKHLAK DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH MIFTAHUL HUDA PUNGGUR

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Quantum Teaching learning model on students' learning motivation, learning effectiveness, and their simultaneous effect in Akidah Akhlak learning among fifth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda Punggur. The research employed a quantitative associative approach. The population consisted of 64 students, while 44 students were selected as the sample using simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, tests, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics through validity, reliability, normality, homogeneity, linearity, t-test, and F-test. The findings revealed that the Quantum Teaching learning model had a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation (t = 5.874 > 2.018; p < 0.05). The model also had a positive and significant effect on learning effectiveness (t = 6.213 > 2.018; p < 0.05). Simultaneously, the Quantum Teaching model significantly influenced learning motivation and learning effectiveness (F = 21.437 > 3.22; p < 0.05). These findings indicate that the implementation of the Quantum Teaching model creates an active, enjoyable, meaningful, and student-centered learning environment that enhances both learning motivation and learning effectiveness in Akidah Akhlak learning.
